We have received the wonderful package you sent and want to thank you for your thoughtfulness and generosity. We truly appreciate your efforts in getting these items to us.
We are a team of about 35 soldiers involved in training the new Iraqi Army. This mission has taken us thousands of miles away from home. Gestures such as yours mean so much to us when we are away from our homes and our families.
Enclosed you will find a photograph of our team. We want you to at least know the faces of the soldiers you’re supporting, even though you don’t know us personally.
