Thank you for writing to me about Physique BodyWare’s program to send care packages to American troops in Iraq. I appreciate hearing about your company’s efforts to support our brave troops overseas.

Physique BodyWare’s efforts are to be applauded. The letters and photos on the Physique BodyWare website are excellent evidence as to the inspirational effect these packages are having on the soldiers themselves. You may be interested to know that the safety and care of the soldiers in Iraq is an important issue to me as well. I am a cosponsor of the House resolution which commends U.S. soldiers in Iraq for serving with distinction and professionalism. It also commends soldiers’ families for their support and call on all U.S. citizens to pay homage to these soldiers and their families..
