Terms

Return Policy

  • Final sale on all items. No refunds, no exchanges.
  • Call: 845-473-4832 
  • Screen printers/Wholesales note: Tank tops contain Rayon. Test Print each style and color when you receive them to adjust drying time, ink and printing method before printing entire lot. All sales are final.  We cannot accept returns on any custom printed garments under any circumstances.
  • No refunds on shipping charges.
  • No exchange on washed, worn or ripped items.
  • No coupons can be used on exchange items.
  • All face mask sales are final no exceptions.
  • Final sale on all clearance rack items, women’s clothes and posing suits.
  • No refunds/exchanges on any printed or altered clothing items. See above line 4.
  • You are responsible for shipping charges on return items going to & from Physique Bodyware.
  • 24 hour notification on any garment damages/wrong sizes, colors or shortages, upon receipt of shipment by phone.
  • Lost package/non receipt claims must be reported within 24 hours. No claims can be filed after 2 days.
  • We may charge up-to 20% restocking fee for any wholesale/retail refused or returned orders plus shipping charges.
  • Address correction fee. A $20 fee will be billed to the buyer if the shipping address is incorrect or missing any information.  This is the fee UPS charges our company. Please be sure you supply your complete address.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order.
  • WHOLESALE CUSTOMER CERTIFICATION AGREEMENT:  I am the cardholder, or an officer of the cardholder who is authorized to sign this agreement. By signing the above, I understand and agree to the terms set forth in this agreement, agree to pay, and specifically authorize Physique Bodyware to charge my card, or my company’s card, for the products provided. I also authorize shipping to alternate addresses.  Once the Items are Printed by your Silk Screener NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS on Purchase Items. The cardholder agrees that disputes which are not resolved amicably will be settled through arbitration or the judicial process only, rather than by seeking a credit card chargeback. If after a payment by credit card/paypal I or my company later disputes the charge, then unless prohibited by law, I agree not to cancel, revoke, chargeback or dispute with the credit card issuer/paypal this or any payment previously made to Physique Bodyware on this card. Should I or my company do so notwithstanding the terms of this agreement, and it is later determined that the charge was proper, I or my company agree to pay all reasonable legal fees and other costs incurred by Physique Bodyware as a result of the improper cancellation, chargeback or dispute. Damages/Defects/Shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Refused/Returned packages will be subject to return shipping and restocking fees up to 20%. Color shades may vary. Final Sale On All Orders.
  • NOTE: For your security we only ship to your billing address. If you would like your order shipped to an alternate address please list it with your bank/card company.
