Exchange Policy.

• You may exchange items within 15 days from invoice date.
• You must call for an RA number on all return items. Your authorization number must be posted on the outside of package. Insure all returns.
• No refunds on shipping and handling charges.
• No Exchange or Refunds on WORN, LAUNDERED, STAINED Items or items smelling of CIGARETTE SMOKE or PERFUME!
• No returns on posing suits.
• You are responsible for ANY/ALL shipping charges on all exchange items going to & from Physique Bodyware.
• 24 hour notification on any garment damages/wrong sizes, colors or shortages, upon receipt of shipment by phone or email.
• All returns must be in original packaging / bags.
• Prices subject to change without notice. Colors and fabrics may vary.
• International orders paid via credit card, bank tranfer or US money orders.
• International customers liable for any & all customs, tax and brokers fees.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order.
• Refused orders will be charged shipping going both ways plus a 10% restocking fee.
• NOTE: For your security we only ship to your billing address. If you would like your order shipped to an alternate address please list it with your bank/card company.
